Installation
How do I install my eSIM?
After purchase, you'll receive a QR code. Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM and scan the code. See our Installation Guide for more details.
Compatibility
Is my phone compatible?
Most flagships from 2019 onwards support eSIM. This includes iPhone 11+, Samsung S20+, and Google Pixel 3+. Your device must also be network-unlocked. Check Compatibility
Payments & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and various cryptocurrencies.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer refunds for technical issues or if the eSIM cannot be activated. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full terms.

Do I need an account to buy an eSIM?
You can checkout as a guest, but we recommend creating an Account to track your orders and manage your eSIMs easily.
