Refund Policy
Last updated: February 24, 2026
1. Refund Eligibility
At RoamAnt eSIM Marketplace, operated by Dofe Digital Ventures, we want you to be satisfied with our eSIM services. You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- The eSIM cannot be installed and used due to a technical error originating from our system or the telecommunication partner.
- The eSIM QR code has not been scanned or activated, and the request is made within 30 days of purchase.
- Connectivity issues are confirmed by our support team and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Your device is not eSIM-compatible or is network-locked. It is the user's responsibility to check compatibility before purchasing.
- The data plan has already been partially or fully consumed.
- The eSIM QR code has been successfully scanned and the profile downloaded, unless there is a confirmed technical fault with the service itself.
- Issues arising from local network coverage or quality that are outside of our direct control.
- Incorrect email address provided during checkout.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@roamant.com with your order number, the email address used for purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.
Once your request is received and technical details are verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before the eSIM QR code is delivered to your email. Once the email contains the activation details, the order is considered fulfilled and is subject to the refund policy stated above.
